Shipping Terms & Conditions

Lead Times:

Orders will be processed and despatched within two working days from the time of order, subject to availability. In the event of any delay in this process, our customer service team will make contact with you to advise of the intended despatch date. In the event that the order is delayed beyond a 14 day period, we will make contact with you to advise of the revised lead time, and in this case you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Orders placed within Ireland (32 counties) ship overnight from the time of despatch.

For all orders placed outside this shipping zone, we will make contact with you within 48hrs of placing your order to advise of the appropriate shipping costs and lead times.

Costs:

Orders placed within Ireland (32 counties) are charged at a flat rate of 8 euros. This is subject to maximum weight of 25kg. Orders placed that come in over this weight will be subject to a supplementary charge, dependent upuon the final weight of the order. In this event, we will make contact with you to advise of the final cost for shipping.

Orders placed outside this zone are subject to a "table rate" based on standard parcel postage rates to the relevant area.

Returns:

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with any product purchased from us, please return it, unopened within 30 days for a full refund. In the event that the item is perceived to be damaged/faulty then include a postage receipt with the product and we will happily refund this cost to you also. We regret that we cannot accept the return of any item once it has been used/opened.

Please make contact with us prior to posting back your unwanted/faulty item.
